GameBoy also wasn't the super seller it was back then either though. something that should be taking into consideration.Quote:

i also can't think of anyway that having something go into the memory card slot would make it possible to pull this off. if anyone else can though, i'd like to hear it.
but yeah, if this is real, im pretty damn positive that it'll use one of the systems expansion ports.
anyways, if this really happens, i really hope that Nintendo starts leaving all the network code for their GBA games in the US versions and some how make it possible to use the GameCube as your connection. now that would be fuckin awesome.
Not possible? How would it not be possible? Hell you could play GBC pokemon games on N64 through the transfer pack, of course it's possible
what the hell? really? i never knew that. i thought it would just let you transfer data between games.Quote:

well, if that's the case, why the hell didn't Nintendo ever bother marketing the Transfer Pack as something would let you play GBC games on your N64? let alone support the thing with more then a few games.
i never knew they did that, but at the same time im having a hard time believing it because it sounds like something that Nintendo would have marketed up the ass.
i mean, what the hell, that's sooooooooo something i would know about.
Nintendo fact that slipd past Lucas? Better buy some jackets for the Demons, Hell should be freezing pretty soon.
that's what im fuckin talking about. im seriously very suprised that i didn't know they did that.Quote:

Actually, the pokemon games were being emulated by the n64. The transfer pack was merely used for saving (something that occurs frequently in pokemon games).Quote:

this also explains why Nintendo didn't market it as something that allowed you to play GBC games.
hehe, it's nice to know that i've been right this whole time. :D
