This Week's Haul (ending 11-23)

I got:

- Jedi Outcast: Haven't played it yet but will post impressions soon. Prime....too...powerful...to..stop...playing...
- Metroid Prime: Let me put it this way: You own a GC? You own this game. 'Nuff said.
- Metroid Fusion: Awesome. I can't put it down. Great story, awesome cutscenes, great gameplay. 2D Metroid. I'm in love. :)
- Splinter Cell: I love my Xbox. This game just rocks the house too much. Check the thread!
- Hydro Thunder (DC): It was cheap and is a pretty cool game actually. Great tracks and dizzing jumps.
- Gatchaman the Shooting (PSX import): See my thread.
- Test Drive LeMans (DC): Traded in the trainwreck PS2 version to get the DC one. Better graphics and tighter control.
- Resident Evil Zero: Well, it's RE. Plays nice and looks great but I really want something new Capcom!
- Shinobi: Love this game to death. Great action but the dash attacks still give me a little trouble.
- Virtua Fighter 4: Picked this one up cheap at Gamestop. Nice game with a cruel, cruel, kumite mode. :sweat:
- Star Wars Episode 2: Widescreen DVD. Nice extras, especially the documentary about Yoda!
- LOTR Special Edition: The 4 disc set. Sweet movie made better by new footage. Deleted scenes integrated into the movie! What a novel concept! :confused:

Last week I got:

Shinobi - Great game that has both action and challenge, sometimes too much, but very fun :)

RE0 - My Cube getting more love. I like it more than REmake, just finished it yesterday, and will be playing it again :)

Got this week:

NightFire - James Bond is back, and he is better than ever :) Even though I played just a bit, I like it. Got Cube version.

Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance - Good MK game, and lots of fun to play. Got Xbox version.

Splinter Cell - Fun stealth action game. Awesome graphical presentation and tight gameplay.

Since Rygar got delayed, I will be getting it next week. Also will get Prime.

How the fuck did you play all those games without your dick exploding?

Thunder Force III (JPN, Gen) - Finally grabbed this one, enjoying it quite a bit
Thunder Force II (Gen) - got this to replace my cart-only copy...not enjoying...quite as much...
Elemental Master (JPN, Gen) - Replaced a manual-less US copy with this one. Good fun.
Phelios (JPN Gen) - Not replacing anything with this one, just having fun.
Namco Museum 5 (JPN PSX) - Fun fun fun fun. Namco rocks. Forget Tekken ever happened.
Vampire Night (PS2) - Grabbed this used for super-cheap with a couple of tradeins. Not the best gun-game I've played, but it's fun and well-presented, and the training sessions are rigorous (painful?) enough that I KNOW I have to be improving.
Wild Guns (SNES) - Fun! Pure fun. I love it. Natsume kicks ass, especially with SNES action games.

Werewolf The Apocalypse 1st edition rule book, found this nice book on eBay with 14 signatures from various White Wolf game designers and artists :D

Starfox NGC banner - it looked cool so I had to have it :)

X-Files "Severed" comic - X-Files comic issue about werewolves, I couldn't resist :D

My Pro Action Replay 3 came this week, finally Terranigma is mine to play :( (tears of joy) :(

Monster cable s-video for GameCube - since Nintendo's first party ones are nowhere to be found and I don't like most 3rd party ones (bad experiences) that left me with the Monster Cable which is a bit more but is worth it for the higher quality cable :)
