Panzer Dragoon, along with Resident Evil, was one of the best series to start during the 32-bit generation. Orta keeps that gameplay intact and updates the visuals. It needed no "refining" from what I have played.Quote:
Thankfully Panzer Dragoon got delayed. Hopefully for the better so they can refine the shit out of it. That may help Sega but I REALLY doubt it will be a huge seller.

Seriously though. Acclaim takes the cake as the garbage meister of the gaming industry. If not for the constant flowing of crap releases, but also their marketing department. Ugh.

Anyone who likes the majority of Acclaim and 3D0 games is an idiot, or just doesn't know any better. It has jack to do with taste, and everything to do with their games being produced on shoestring budgets and rushed out the door in 8 months.Quote:

I fully agree with those who said Acclaim. Acclaim makes EA look like the greatest publisher/developer on earth.
3DO make the Heroes of Might and Magic series and Acclaim used to localise Taito's games in Europe but overall neither publisher is any good. The suggestions that Sega, Namco and iD are not worthy of success are truly ridiculous.
Yeah, he asked of the least deserving of sucess, not your least favorite. I don't like EA, but I'm not gonna claim they don't produce great games every now and again. And plus, back when they were on Genny, they were on fire most of the time. So they are reaping in on their successes they had in the past, meaning they deserve their success.Quote:

Sega isn't very sucessful, so they shouldn't be on this list by default, but you not liking a game does NOT equal the game being bad. I don't like sports games in general (especially the "Extreme Sports" games), but I would never claim they were bad. They're just not my thing. Most of those games on your list are GREAT games/series that are worthy of their praise and success, even though they aren't very popular.
My vote would go to either Acclaim or 3DO. These two have definitely been the MOST inconsistent developers around.
