I wonder how the Players will react with this guy as their coach. Plus does this guy have enough experiance?! Most coaches have played through a Career as a player and THEN coach, that way they know the games in and outs. He just might not have seen enough to be super effective. But for all I know he could be some prodigy or something, still seems like an odd move.

The guy, while only 28 has worked 11 seasons in the Majors. He was assistant GM for like 7 years too.
