If my mod is off, there is 0% chance of cheating or hacking, and it's BS to block my system itself. If I remove the chip totally, it's still blacklisted. The ONLY excuse for this is trying to get a sizable little group of XB loyalists who also have uses for a chip to get a 2nd console. It's BS. I fully support blocking a sytem that has a mod that's on (they can check that there is no mod on at regular inturvals so that kills the 'they could turn there mods on after logging in' argument), there is no legit reason to have a functioning mod on while on Live, but to not even give me the option of removing the chip??? Banning my system based on the HDD key? That's fucking gay.
