How did I miss this thread until now?
I eat veggies at a dizzying rate, but my all time favorite has to be..
Corn!
I mean, how can you not like corn? Even when corn is at it's worst (cream) it's still leagues better then nearly any other veggie.
I could eat mashed 'taters and corn every day I think.
