Games you most regret not buying?

One of my biggest regrets was not buying Ogre Battle 64 when I had the chance.

It was one of those things, when I was just waiting for the price to drop to a good level. I knew the N64 was dying at the time, and most local stores still had a decent supply of Ogre Battle 64's. I knew it was a good game, but I just thought I could most definitely get it for less than $49 if I just waited a few more months. Well, as it turned out, the price never dropped, and suddenly, all the copies of OG64 just disappeared from shelves, in a matter of weeks. After that, I could NEVER find another copy of it ANYWHERE. It was just really strange.

I could name a few... but nothing comes close to...

Panzer Dragoon Saga.

I was low on money when it came out and I had no idea how quickly it would disappear and excalate in value exponentially. :(

I missed picking up both Shining Force 1 & 2 complete for about 20$ each...

Worst off, I could have gotten a Japanese Saturn w/ the clear skeleton shell for about 15$, but I didn't buy it from a customer because the owner was really pissed about a bunch of stuff at the store, and I knew that if I bought it (even for myself), he'd probably flip out. (Plus at the time I didn't think I'd have a use for a japanese saturn:sweat: )

Also, I missed out on getting a Agetec arcade stick for DC when they were easy to find.

Ogre Battle 64 was one for me as well. I don't know why, or how, but it was selling for twenty-five dollars at the Best Buy down here, brand new, like two weeks after release, and this was when N64 games were still (more) expensive. I should've snatched up a truck load of them and make a mint at eBay :p

Both look absolutely godly, but my lack of familarity with importing, funds and consoles to run them on prevented me from buying them when they were still affordable. I doubt I'll ever own them now.

Lunar Eternal Blue Sega CD. Twice. The first time was when I bought my Sega CD and EB had it for weeks. I was a cheap ass and figured the price would drop from $50 sooner or later, so I bought all of their other cheap games. When I wanted Lunar, it was gone. The second time happened around 1998, where my local flea market had it for $27, but I insisted on buying something else. The guy warned me that it sells pretty fast, but I had my head in my ass. Turns out he has a store somewhere else when the flea market is closed and someone else got it.

Radiant Silvergun.I should have brought it 98.

Well, Lets see:

Panzer Saga - Missed on it back in the day, and probably wont be getting it now.

Radiant Silvergun - Should have shelled $50 when it just came out, and maybe bought like $20 copies and then sold them $120 a piece :)

Psycic Assassin - Even though it might be a somewhat mediocre game, I still want to try it, so I should have bought it, before it became $300 rarity.
