Find a Death has some wonderful buried gems (no pun intended ^_^). You may not think you want to know about the last days of old TV stars, but there is some fascinating content in there. I recommend you at least skim through every article. Even if you don't like Kurt Cobain or you don't know who Milton Berle is, give this site a good long look.
Those with an interest in the humanities might enjoy The Perseus Digital Library, a collection of Ancient Greek and Roman writings, among other things.
And, of course, the funniest site on the Internet I have seen is Seanbaby.com. I wish he had done another E3 feature this year, but his past two features are great, as is pretty much everything else on that site.
