Well even if you throw out that hoaxed evidence, I still beleive in the creatures existance.
I think it's POSSIBLE for a bigfoot to have existed.
Read the story on CNN.com and I think you'll see now that the infamous 16mm film was a hoax. His wife never said she helped him fake the 16mm film itself *but she admitted to dressing in a monster costume on at least one occasion while he filmed.* Do the math. I think if it were a real animal they would have found a dead body a looong time ago. Natural laws and stuff. Simple as that.
What about the native sightings etc. that happened thousands of years ago? :o
Those natives were on shrooms or payotie(sp?) ;)
peyote. natural source of mescaline.
Not really. Considering the fact that it lives in extremely remote loactions, and that it is pretty rare and reclusive, finding a dead body would be extremely rare. I mean, you dont walk through the woods and see dead all over, despite the fact that there are milions of deer, many who die a natural death in the woods. Animals decompose incredibly quickly in a wooded condition. So between being picked apart by large animals and microscopic bacteria, they wouldnt last quickly.Quote:

Hey, don't get me wrong. I used to be a Loch Ness junkie (remember the infamous neck-out-of-water pic? Confessed as a FAKE by the photo taker before he died), but in later years I realized that there are natural laws about discovering a new species and one of those laws is that you have to have a BODY and a body ALWAYS eventually turns up whether it be a live or dead creature whether it be due to the elements or other factors that are inescapable. They have sent advanced underwater craft all over Loch Ness and they never found a thing or any evidence of an existing community of such creatures. Likewise, if big foot was real, the thing would turn up on satellite surveilance constantly.Quote:

Look at the giant squid, there have been multiple dead bodies of juvenile specimens found (including a massive one found just this spring/summer) and many eyewitness accounts from *honest credible* people. To say that every single big foot that ever lived died in complete concealment is rediculous. And speaking of deer, back in 1995 there were two brand new species of deer discovered in Vietnam (one of them has nose flaps). That was awesome. :)
