One thing though... copying dvd's is fine and dandy, but if you need to do any video conversions (like you want to burn a Divx movie to a dvd format) you need some SERIOUS power and hard drive space on your pc.
Well, the DVD- format is the choice if you're looking for discs that will be compatible with the widest arrays of DVD players out there. That's the format the DVD Consortium officially supports.
