SNES Tiny Toons is just one of the best games ever...fun and challenging, a truly wonderful soundtrack (one of my all-time faves) and amazing visuals.
Astal-say what you will but in its simplicity i found it fun and consider it probably the best hand drawn game ever arguably...perhaps. The thing that really got me was the music though, tear inducing.
Dynamite Headdy-i know it's not well-liked here but hey those effects and graphics really don't get much better on the Genesis and the soundtrack is one of my favorites ever...
I think 'underrated' should apply to what would be considered underrated to US, not the mainstream. That would kill a lot of these names right off the bat...
