Uh, yes.
One time when I was pissed off, I hit the wall with both palms, so hard it destroyed a perfectly good light bulb in the lamp mounted on said wall. Once the room went dark, I realized I had better get a grip.
Sometimes after I've finished off the last of a bottle of Bailey's or somesuch, I'll go out to the garbage can in the back yard and spike the empty container into it as hard as possible. The resulting thunk usually makes the neighbor's dog bark something fierce. I'm not mad when I do this... I just like to make that dog bark. :sneak:

I sugest if any of you have some real bad cds and cant sell them, go oustide and chuck them on the ground. Its fun to see them shatter on impact.
