Thats sound pretty cool. I always liked Freddy's talks and comments. He gave him more character and wit, where Jason was more of just a big, dubm killing machine ;)Quote:

Well, yeah, he is a big, dumb killing machine. But he's cool. ;)
Here's a new Robert Englund interview... http://www.aintitcoolnews.com/display.cgi?id=15847
I'm going to see this tomorrow afternoon at like 12:30. I don't know about seeing it so early but my buddy has to leave for correge. I can't wait, less than 24 hours. Kick. Ass.
IGN movies has an interview with Robert Englund as well.
Woo! Like we need any more reason to see FvJ, here are some choice review bits I got from DarkHorizons:
Quote:
Okay, let me get this out of the way: Freddy Vs. Jason was well worth the wait. Any fan of Freddy (Robert Englund) or Jason (Ken Kirzinger) claiming to dislike the film are full of shit or too old to remember why they liked these sorts of movies in the first place...
...and does what Jason does best ... slice, dice and slaughter the living hell out of horny adolescents. What a job he does. For the first time in over a decade, Jason is actually scary again. Sure, diehard fans of the genre won't find much to give them a start, but horror greenhorns are provided with plenty of splat, slashing and plunge to keep them on the edge of their seats. The audience at the screening that I attended was popping out of their chairs so often that the auditorium looked like a jam-packed box of old-fashioned Mexican Jumping Beans.
What's left for the diehards? Hardcore action and gore. Enough of both to fill at least two movies. Only a few weeks ago I announced my astonishment over Bad Boys II upping the ante of "acceptable" R-rated raunch. Freddy Vs. Jason calls the Bad Boys' bluff and ups them to a point approaching impossible. There is blood-spurting in this film that is literally at an Evil Dead level. There are a few scenes which have obviously been tampered with by the MPAA, but the film still gets away with murder ... about 20 times. This is quite easily the goriest Friday the 13th film since the fourth in the series, and no A Nightmare on Elm Street film has ever been this grisly.
There was one review that had a fair amount of spoilers, and went into some serious philospophy like shit with the roles of Freddy and Jason. I had to skip big chunks of paragraphs because the bastard would start describing a good part like, "Jason walks in....like a jackhammer....blood everwhere." Lol. This shit is going to be unreal. Every review says fans of either/both of the franchises are going to like it. Jesus, this is going to be awesome. I'm going to wake up early just to see the damn thing.Quote:
Overall, FREDDY VS JASON is a good horror film. While it's a bit more of an action film than people are use to in the past, it still works well. If you are a fan of either franchise, you'll find something enjoyable in this movie.
Oh, man.... Dolemite's gonna be pissed off.
Ha, Did you watch it already and know something we dont?
Dood! :) :) :) :D :D   :xx:
It was SO freakin' cool!!!1
The best two parts were: The electric clothesline and the big elbow
I know I'm fanboyin it up here, but DAMN I enjoyed it!!!!11one
Dood, I'm a big Freddy fan, and I am not disappointed in the LEAST by his "showing" so to speak.Quote:
