I saw it 3 times. I got the DVD from BB for 16 bucks, great deal. Friend of mine told me Blockbuster is selling it for 26. Fuck that noise. Great cover for this set, looks great from what I've seen so far.
Just got back from BB, it was $17.99 at the one by me. Nice shiny foil cover...I can't wait to get home and tear this bad boy open. :D :D

I'm kind of glad all of these scenes were deleted, as 90% of them just focused on developing the kids (who cares, they all die anyways), and alot of the scenes they cut were unnecessary to the plot (as said by Ronny Yu himself). And more of the scenes deleted just showed things like the group splitting up at Westin, some extra school scenes, some romance scenes that weren't need... I support these cuts 100%.
The only one I liked was "Place your Bets", because Freddy had some good lines to Jason that were cut, imo. But Lori's line was much too cheesy... "FREDDY VS JASON..... PLACE YOUR BETS!!!"
This dvd is really good, can't wait to check out the commentary track.
Update: Alternate beginning sucks hardcore, and the alternate ending reminded me of a Cinemax softcore porno :eek:
I rented it from BB and it better be good or else your all fags.
