Does $6 mean that much to you?
I think I watched all the extras, a really great disc as a whole. I would have like to have heard more about the struggles of getting the movie started, location scouting, maybe a mention on how it did opening week (2 #1 weekends in a row!) and how they reacted to it. Lots of great material though. The best is in the stunts sections when you see them light the stunt guys on fire and they go up like fucking roman candles and then you see how hard those wires really pulled them and how far they went.
It looks like they had some other guys that didn't make it, would have been cool if they had gotten the vomiting eels to look right and Blakes last "broken" walk to work.
I'm bring the disc to a lil' gathering tonight. Gonna get a little fucked up and watch it with some people who haven't seen it yet. Should be fun.
I will be getting this disk pretty soon. After my first paycheck :p
It does for as muc as you guys drolled on this movie for the last few months.Quote:

The DVD is damn cool. Beautiful picture quality, and yes, they fixed the glass eyehole problem when Jason was on fire. I've breezed through most of the extras. I'll go in-depth into them tomorrow. I loved the press conferance. I watched all the deleted scenes, and I agree with them being cut- especially the beyond-retarded "Place your bets!" one. The alternate ending was pretty bad, too. Was anyone else pissed when he ripped off her top and she was wearing a bra underneith?
Still, Ronny Yu pissed me off. As a goof I went to the end and turned on the commentary track to see who the winner was once and for all, and what does he say? "You can interpet it any way you want!". Bastard. Although there's good news, Jason fans- England and Kirkzinger said things to the effect that Jason won- England pointed out that some people thought Jason was in heaven because of all the mist, and said that wasn't the case, it was just dawn on the lake. So, he's not in hell or the dreamworld, huh? Then Kirkzinger points out that "Jason has a little trophy there...". Sounds like Jason won to me. :)
commentary is golden. some really good shit in there from England.Quote:

I would've blown the whistle.
My brother used to like horror movies when he was that young, and he turned out fine. He said the only one that really scared him was the Evil Dead when he was 9.
If I saw horror movies when I was 5 I would have had nightmares for a week. I was a pansy.
