Exactly.
If China were to invade, and every citizen of this country were to pick up a gun and fight, we would still lose.

They can't very well take the proverbial slow boat from China. The chances of China getting over to the US are slim, also, we'd use the Pacific Fleet to stop that, or Fuel Air Bombs or such.
The problem with China, is that they are building up, and doing it in such a way to draw the US into the Taiwan Straight. They have nukes that can reach the west coast of the US, and are developing Hyper Sonic Missiles designed to be used against Air Craft Carriers (the missiles go too fast to detect and stop).
If the US goes into to protect Taiwan, then China could very well attack the pacific fleet and do damage to it. Then, you got problems on a mass scale.
Read Tom Clancy's Bear and the Dragon if you like war things, it's USA and Russia versus China. Quite good.
So we should procreate at a faster rate?Quote:

*wonders what the world would be like if there were forced procreation*
What exactly are these I have seen them mentioned elsewhere as wellQuote:
Fuel Air Bombs
A fuel Air bomb is the biggest non-nuclear weapon that the US has and is literally as big as a Mini-van.
As I understand it, it explodes the gaseous fuel outward, then ignites it a fraction of a second later, thus pulling in air and the like as fuel for the fire.
They call them Daisy Cutters, as I recall.
Meh..here's the official line:
The BLU-82 'Daisy Cutter' is basically a large metal container (6mm Steel Plate) filled with 5,700kg of explosive 'slurry' (Ammonium Nitrate and Aluminum Powder).
The shockwave can be felt Kilometers away and it will incinerate objects within a 600M radius.
Cost is 27,000 and it's dropped via a c-130 Cargo Plane.
It works by cracking open the casing to release a fine mist of explosive material, then ignites it, thus causing a wave of energy to spread rapidly.

That should be fun to use in C&C Generals

Things I do know:
1.China will be the end of us. Either economically or in a military sense. Hopefully not.
2.We used the tragedy of Sep 11 to invade Afghanistan, something which has been in the works for over a decade, to build pipelines from the Caspian Sea to the gulf for oil, (conquering Afghanistan is much easier than dealing with Iran)
in addition to giving the US a key strategic position in Central Asia.
3.We are going to war with Iraq for Israel and Bush Sr., and the oil interests of the world. Russia will be extremely pissed, and I predict another Cold War when all this is over.
uh.....russia vs us or china vs us:confused:Quote:
