You guys find these cars (WRX, Lancer Evo) attractive?
I know they're a lot of fun to drive, and the bang-for-your-buck value is huge (although I'd rather have a 350Z). I've driven a WRX, and it's great. Nonetheless, I don't think I could get over the looks of these cars...so ugly (to me). Do you actually like the aesthetics of these cars, or is it not really about that, for you?
Well, I can't speak for them, but I think the WRX and it's incarnations look pretty cool, especially for a four-door. Not too many four-doors that can look so sporty. 'course, I think Frontiers and Wranglers look cool too, so, maybe I'm the one. But Stone, I'll agree with you, that Gremlin *was* ugly.
The only cars I find ugly that *should* be cool are people's pimped civics and accords and whatnot. Maybe it's just because all the drivers (that I know) are the biggest poseurs on the earth, but whatever it is, I think they're lame.
i think the subaru look good, minus the bugs lights but they grow on you and the lancer are pretty nice thought but now i want an wrx sti.

The lancer EVO VII comes out in like 8 days in the US. It's the 7, not the 8, as you can see from the first picture and header in this thread, from the official site.
There is no drastic redesign to the 7's front end from the other countrie's 7's, apart from some moving of the intercooler back a bit, I believe.

We are not getting the EvoVII. Call it either the EvoVIII or the US LanEvo, since it's a different design. The pictures on the Mitsu site are of WRC rally Evos, and Evo VII. I've seen the official pics of the US Evo and those are NOT them. I have also read the official press release, and official brochure including all the options, etc. We are NOT getting the EvoVII.

And there's the US Mitsubishi website. I would be surprised considering that, and the 7 being shown at the LA auto show this year, but, I guess we'll see in 10 days what it is.

I love the WRX (I want one) and the CSI looks awesome too (didn't know it was coming until now). My friend has a yellow Lancer (he got it earlier this year, not sure which one) and it's pretty sick. Looks great with the yellow and black interior.
I'm going to check out the Element to see what it looks like in person. Looks like a better designed Aztek (ugliest car ever made) to me.
That is a sick looking '87 gremlin :). The owner must be proud. Anyone here drive a Mini Cooper?

I'm with Stone on his impression of the Subaru line. The 350Z or the Infinity equivlent (much better interior construction which is my only beef with the 350Z)... even the older 300ZX's from the 90's are cool as hell.
