So, who else here loves this magical holiday beverage? I usually end up buying a bunch of it, getting sick of it, then letting the extras spoil. It's like a tradition. But then the government comes and takes it all away from us.

Strangely enough... I have never tried eggnog. I did try glögg once.. but I can't remember what I thought of it..

umm.. eggnog.. has some right here right now.. its good.. buth damn is it thick... its strong.. too.. but overlall good taste..
The only time I ever had egg nog was at my mom's friend's house last christmas. It was homemade and damn good... Almost had the consistency and taste of flat whipped cream. Never had any since then though.

Yes Eggnog..the nectar of the gods some may say (like myself). It is a damn shame they don't sell it year round (maybe it's a good thing too, or else I would get sick).
The amazing thing is, most people havn't tried it or .. :eek: some don't like it's magical taste!
I tried it for the first time (that I remember, at least) this year, damn I love this stuff :D
I mix mine in with milk. I can't stand it by itself.
Never tried it. Dont really want to. It just looks not very attractive to try :)
I haven't had any in years. There's probably a good reason for that, but I'll be damned if I can remember it.
I like Eggnog, a lot, with or without added liquor. A friend of mine once drank a half-gallon of it in one sitting, quickly (I only made it through a quart).
