If they are trying to reduce lag, better they do it now. I know it's going to suck when you loose because of a hiccup.
Yeah, their site has been like that for a few weeks now (Feb 13 or 14 for release). I really doubt they can streamline it enough to be able to have it play like an arcade cabinet. Call me faithless if you must, but that's what I foresee.
I also think MvC2 Live is launching the same day, soooooooo....
Anyone remember the 8 billion delays that every Capcom Dreamcast game went through, throughout the entire lifespan of the console?
This isn't anything new for Capcom, and it's also not anything to worry about.

I hope there aren't any of the nasty hiccups I've been seeing in Unreal Championship. If they have to delay it to get it right, then that's fine with me.
the game better not lag for the most part. Its 1 on 1 fighting damnit. How much bandwidth can that eat? The Xbox should be able to run that game in its sleep too. God I cant wait until Feb.

How are the online SF games in Japan? I know the lines are differnt, but shouldn't Japan be an indication as to how this'll run in NA?
Online gaming in Japan is a cinch from what I understand, it is ALLOT less radius to cover then the USA and the line conditions are mostly all the same.
Here in the USA its a huge area to cover and line conditions go from great to barely able to support standard phone...
