Some of the comments in this thread are "painful to see." Listen to DiffusionX and omfgninjas, people.
I thought it was Jeanne Kim who gave Sly Cooper points off for its "trial-and-error gameplay" (NO! I didn't do it absolutely perfectly right the very first time I attempted it! This game is weak!), but on second thought it was probably Jennifer Tsao.
But you couldn't drive THE HOMER in the arcade game! :bang:Quote:

Exactly! But these boards aren't full of mature 30 year olds and gaming in general is for youth... so it is to be expected. He does, though, have a strong point with the immaturity bit. But I would've liked to see some more pointage and less immaturity tagging.. but meh.Quote:

Besides, she's mad attractive. It totally sucked when she got married. ;)
Yeah, how dare he come down on them for saying classy things like how she's a "bitch" and a "whore"? Carry on, guys. I mean, she dissed the N64, for God's sake! Burn her at the stake!

It seems pretty obvious to me that these CNN segments are more promo than review. Even when she was doing the Buffy one, a game I think she generally liked enough if I remember from the mag, you could tell she was eating a little crow and speaking through clenched teeth.

Jay Leno was on with that Brandon Fraser guy and they play games. They were talking about it for awhile, albeit their favorite was GTA: VC so they're casual fans, (not a bad thing) and nothing more, but it was cool to see them talk about it.
Leno was like: I like the one with the killing or something funny like such. It would've been even more so if he'd responded: "Animal Crossing?"
*sigh* you didnt read the whole p[ost, did you? or the rest of the thread for that matter.Quote:

Embellish, please.
he was calling Kim a whore to the industry/developer of the game.Quote:

i guess you dont read into things that deeply, eh?
and someone needs to find a picture of her. Google isnt returning anything
Ah, go pick up the new EGM. She's on page 14. Look for the huge black and green Microsoft Dildo, and you'll find her on the end of it :)Quote:

Yes, I just saw an EGM editor recommend Simpsons Skateboarding on CNN. Nearly put a brick through the tv, as I do whenever I see someone lying so blatantly that it's nearly unbearable. Worse than the blatant crap she was spewing is knowing that I'll get at least a few idiot parents in asking for the game, not realizing what a turd they'll be buying.
I realize that Jeanne Kim was having a hard time saying what she was saying, and downplayed the game with "It's fun if you like Simpsons" and mentioning its less techincal nature, but the fake positive attitude about the game was just really hard to take.
God I hate tv sometimes. If it wasn't for Cartoon Network, Food Network, the odd nature show, and Scrubs I'd just use it for gaming and gaming alone.

I made a fake website a long time ago called "Hardcore Cereal" and there was an open 'debate' between General Mills fanboys and Kellogs fanboys.Quote:

"OMG! Did that Home Shopping Network guy just say that that Frigidaire refrigerator was this year's coolest fridge? That dirty bitch! Anyone with taste knows that Kenmore makes the best refrigerators! Why, a parent or two could be watching this and may accidentally buy their children that piece of shit Frigidaire appliance! Slut!"

I saw that, Leno was asking Fraser how much he plays a day so Leno could tell his wife people play longer than his 5 hours at a time. :lol:Quote:
