Wait they seem to be a christian(or jewish with that star?) group and they have this on their site. It's under the supporting evidence section.
Cloning a first step towards eternal life
In the first Message published in 1973, it is explained how Noah, thanks to cloning, managed to save the different life forms after the cataclysm (the flood) which destroyed all life on earth : " in reality and your knowledge will soon enable you to understand, all you need is a live cell of each male and female species to recreate the entire being. "
But cloning is well known for several years. But suddenly, for the first time, scientists recently managed to clone a mammal: the famous sheep Dolly.
This recent cloning of a sheep initiates a fabulous debate on the eventual possibility of cloning a human being and attaining ... eternal life.
Isnt eternal life supposed to be an impossibility under according to the Christian religion? I don't know , but is there anyone who does?
Hehe, that was good for a chuckle.
Eternal spiritual life is possible according to the Christian religion, the physical life is not.Quote:

The Raelian cult uses the star of David (symbol of the Jewish religion and Israel) because it makes them seem more "friendly" to people and I'm guessing, because they want to build an alien "embassy" in Israel.
This whole affair seems like nothing but a hoax, orchestrated in an attempt to draw the public's attention to the Raelian cult, IMHO.
They called the first clone born "Eve"...doesn't that just smack of an ego driven god complex? One begins to wonder if they're interested in promoting spiritual enlightenment, or rather attempting to become gods themselves...
They pulled the same stunt back in 76 or so. Search it.
The Raelians aren't Christian.
1) They claim Elohim Yahweh was "mistranslated" as "God". It's actually supposed to mean "those from the heavens" -- aka, aliens.
2) They seem to take bits and pieces of stuff from the Bible. I wouldn't be surprised if they disregard the whole of the New Testament. Remember, any source material can be used by someone bent on deceiving.
3) The eternal physical life thing. God put a cap on our lifespan on purpose. Even Methusala had to die at some point.
Can anyone else pick out more differences?
Merely using Christian symbols does not qualify them as Christian...
I think they're all a bunch of nutjobs. I wouldn't mind buying them some Kool-Aid if it'd help rid them from the world.
Hahahahaha that's classic.....and yet mean at the same time, but I'm still laughin'
Holy fuck... I think Jay just got a fan.
Someone make sure Korian hasn't made some evil dupe account.
As a side thought, I spent alot of freaking time reading the Bible a couple years back and this translation of the Bible is not that far fetched at all.Quote:

Ezekiel is a perfect example, where the angels of God come down in chariots of fire...spinning discs, or the angel Gabriel visiting Mary in the night and hence the immacualte conception of Jesus, sounds alot like and abduction scenario, also, God refers to the Elohim, or dark angels who rebelled and bred with the daughters of men, even the story of Adam and his rib creating Eve sound like some sort of cloning,in Genesis during the creation narrative God says "we" create (I know fundamentalists Christians refer to this as the Trinity, but that seems far fetched to the Jews, catch my drift?), etc, etc...not I....draw your own conclusions....by the way the Jews disregard the whole New Testament as well, whats the difference?
