You should watch 24 then.

The finale seemed very Bobafetted to me. Shame. It's like a Europeon movie, that ends with no resolution. Lovely.

Yeah, Dolemite, give 24 a try. Rent or buy 1st Season dvd set and watch it. Some great tense storytelling, neat action and good acting. Also watch 2nd season, Tuesdays at 8 pm on Fox. :)

The last four or five episodes had me burnt out on OZ I think.

Too much "stuff" was happening. Its like I was shell shocked to the entire thing. I mean you knew bad stuff was just going to keep on happening and it seemed like they just killed to many people to quickly.

*shrugs*

Last episode was alright I suppose, lots of good monologues...

Well, the first two seasons are out on DVD. They've been a little slow in releasing the sets, but hopefully season 3 will be out sometime this year.

I do have first 3 seasons of OZ on tapes, that I recorded, when I had HBO, but I missed out on seasons after 3.

Yeah, 24 can be pretty unpredictable. Lots of twists and double crosses. The way they ended first season without a HAPPY ENDING, was something.

What I thought they had said was the Clutier in the infirmary was real, what happened was the bikers went and got him again after Kirk was stabbed and walled him up again. That's why the last scene you see of Clutier alive is him sitting up in his hospital bed looking scared. The bikers had came into his room and he knew he was screwed.

Like someone else said this was a scene from a couple seasons back...just like the one they showed right before of someone getting thrown into the hole...it was kind of going along with the dialogue that was taking place right then, McManus explaining what it's like in the Hole...pretty easily understood I thought

Is that what happened? I didn't recall anyone saying that. However, I was on the phone for a second during that scene, maybe I missed that. But why would the bikers kill Clutier?

Oh, I understood it well enough. I was just unhappy at having seen it a second time. I think I had blocked out the image the first time I saw it, unpleasant as it was.

All in all, this was a very disappointing final season. The whole "Anthrax" scenario at the end had me expecting a break attempt while the prisoners were on the buses, or at least an accident (ala The Fugitive), but I should have known better. This will be the only season I do not purchase on DVD. I am sad to see Oz end like it did. :(

My girlfriend has HBO In Demand, so we ordered the last episode of Oz last night and fast-forwarded to the scene that I missed while I took a phone call, and Doug's right- they DO say that the bikers walled up Cluiter again, and they also say that the nurse was Kirk's mom. Serves me right for taking a phone call during Oz...
