that's all the info i could find, but gamefront is quite reliable.
even better than even the most optimistic megaton speculations imo.

No info though?
The addition of ability to move a unit on a factory and sell it (for a portion of the build cost) is sorely needed in that game.
GA have some pics..
the screens are nice. that huge turret thing on the map screen is especially interesting.
a few months ago, i remember hearing rumors about a cube wars game, designed specifically for that console. i guess that's not happening after all? i was guardedly optomistic, seeing how well the gba game sold.
In some modes you can delete units and salvage their cost.Quote:

Sweet.
Dit AW ever release in japan?
Nope. Withheld due to 9/11.
If I were a Japanese gamer i'd be infinitely pissed about the whole AW thing. Why would they care about 9/11? I'm an American and I don't even care.
AW2 is nice and all, but Cube Wars is what we need.
This is definitely #1 on my handheld most wanted now :)
If someone were to put AW on a cell phone, I could sell all my game systems, because that would be the only game I would ever need.
Almost.
damn looks good
i need start playing advanced wars one
Images don't work.
Then head on over to planet gamecube. They've got pics here: http://www.planetgamecube.com/games....rofile&id=872.Quote:

Brilliant! I loved Advance Wars! Best Nintendo-made game ever (nothing is even close IMO)... Now this is some much needed good news after the horrible news about the horrible new GBA.
:)
Those ones work.Quote:

I know you can do it in War Room. Not sure about Vs., since I've never used it.
You sure?
Do you move them on the factory and then do it or something?
Pretty sure.
One day while in War Room I moved the cursor onto a unit and saw the Delete option. I selected it and the unit exploded.
Lemme double check...
*double checks*
Hmm, you *can* delete units, but you don't get any portion of their cost back. Sucks.
I'm pretty sure that you can delete units anywhere on the map in War Room and get some funds back. I don't know how that affects Technique, however.
You can also recoup money when you join units that that together have more than 10 hit points.
*edit* I stand corrected, then. Guess I was confusing Delete with Join.
Hmmm...thought not, but that's fine.
I do think part 2 needs that option, as, in a few War Room Matches, I've had to use ranged weapons to hold the line (across bridgeless water) and then cross it later on.
If I could sell those ranged weapons, and get some of the cost back, it would make things much easier.
the delete command was only useful because you can't have more than 50 units. so you could delete say an artillery ,then build a rocket.
you did not get any cash back in the process.
when joining, you get (unit 1 hp + unit 2 hp - 10)*unitprice/10.
I hope they improve the A.I. a bit, it was too easy to trick out the computer in the first, that and once you get to the point where the opposing C.O. is hoplessly screwed the A.I. turns to crap and it does almost nothing on its turn.
