not me
though the producer of the series did say in the last PSM that there would DEFFINETLY be a new Castlevania in 2003 but he wouldnt say what platform it was for
it looks like we may only get new Vania games on the GBA from here on out
For all sorts of enticing Castlevania news, keep an eye open during Next Thursday, when Konami reveals some exciting stuff at their US pre-E3 press day...
I'm a dissappointed that it isn't for one of the next-gen systems, but still look forward to it regardless. Maybe this time they'll put as much work into the sound as they did the graphics last time.
And its a bit funny this is coming from Working Designs message board for some reason.
Not another one :(
God dammit Konami. Time to support a REAL system.
it makes sense - when was the last time a Castlevania game took a pltform by storm? I know SotN was big, but CotM made waves on GBA.
Sounds to me like someone already knows what it is but can't talk about it. Confound it all.
ummm it is a real SystemQuote:

unless the gba i a mass hallucination of the entire world
Konami, I don't care what system it's on. Just try this time, before you put another nail in the coffin.
Yeah, new CV is all good and dandy, but how about imagine how it would be, if it was on PS2 or Cube. We talked about this so many times before, and I know that people will claim that it being on GBA is better than nothing, but still, just imagine the possibilities.
Thats why I'm sad. Konami just doesnt want to take a risk, I guess :(
