The sig is actually Neifirst, and the avatar is Nei. Not sure why it'd matter when they're in the current state, but they're from the same piece of fanart in which it DOES matter.
Or something. Either way, it's the best piece of Phantasy Star fanart I've seen in a long time, and so I pay my respects by chopping it up and using it on TNL. ;)

DOKAKA has a thread in the music forum. The picture is from his litle MP3 page, and my best guess is its a diagram of the means by which DOKAKA uses to process his voice into different tracks.
