Okay, I've sent the space harrier avatar back to the drawing board, and put up this Kid Chameleon avatar in it's place until I get things together. Feedback would be appreciated.

And I like the new avatar! I think the SH one could be cool if you cleaned up the sizing though.

Kidnemo - I've always loved the little octopi avs, especially that ^.^ one with the scrolling background. Your sig is wacky as fuck. I like it.
xS - Someone earlier said it was Lolo, but I'm pretty sure it's a Lander from Guardian Legend. I love the sound the game makes when you pick up one of the mini-lander power-ups. I shed a tear for Compile as well. No TGL sequel for us...
ShineAqua - 8-bit Theater is like, sooooooo last year. ;) Just kidding. From the 50-or-so episodes I read, it was some pretty funny stuff. Fighter and his poor simple mind... hehehe.
