Well I did it in Paint Shop rather than Photoshop since my main PC is down, but all you do is increase the canvas size instead of the entire image size. The process is pretty much the same in both programs.
First I selected the white background, and set it as my background color (since it wasn't quite 100% white). Then I resized the canvas to 160x100, leaving the current image centered on the canvas. The last thing I did was smudge out the shadow a bit since it ended in a flat line where your old image ended. Just rounded it off a little so it looks more natural.
