Hmmmm it seems that people have lost what a Mullet is exactly. Sure that guys hair is stupid. But it looks to be the same length on top is it is in the back. He just combed the top. It has to be SHORT on the top, and LONG in the back. People to seem to think that anyone with long hair has a mullet.
Well, it's not an exact science. Some girls have long hair with short bangs, and that's not a mullet either. All I know, is that I know one when I see one.

No it is an exact science. If the back of the head has long hair, and the TOP is much shorter then the back, guess what, Mullet.
