I don't get to watch him anymore though because the networks I have don't pick up his show. Oh well.

Conan is the best, I watch him every night. And then watch the rerun of it at like 3am.
But of Leno and letterman its Letterman all the way. He is hilarious, odd, and very rude to people. Leno just rehashes the same jokes every night, and tells them to death. He gets old real fast and is annoying and lame.
