Namco's localization department consists of 2 orphan children with access to babelfish and a chimp that does backflips. They have very, very limited localization resources. As a reslut, they only bring over 1 RPG every 2 years, and when they do, it's usually got all kinds of stuff cut out for no reason. Namco's RPG for 2003-2004 is Xenosaga. Unless they decide to release it in 2005, it's not happening.
