Games I couldn't have cared less for on the GBA...

As the tagline says, come March I'll be trying to hunt down a crapload of GBA games that I've always wanted to play, but have avoided like the plague as a result of the model 1 GBA screen. I owned a GBA briefly, back in Dec. of 2001, and had the chance to play through parts of Klonoa, Wario 4, Golden Sun, and Advance Wars before ditching the contraption because I could neither feel my hands nor see the screen unless I held perfectly still under a blazing spotlight.

I pray that I am not alone in my undertaking.

Here's a brief list of some already-released GBA games I consider must-have:

Sonic Advance
Puyo Puyo
SFA3
Advance Wars
Metroid Fusion
DW3 (GBC, I know)
Phantasy Star Collection
Pinball of Ye Dead
Urban Yeti :D
And that Sega Smash Pack thingy.
All of the Marios, of course.

Am I missing anything? I'm going to start looking for deals on these games *now*, so's come March I'll be all set.

I can't wait for that freaking new GBA.

Well I never had a GBA in the first place but I might pick one up in light of this new contraption.

Pretty much all those GBA games that look interesting but I never got to play due to me not having a GBA will be on my want list. And the games are so much cheaper than those pesky real games. :D

I've had a GBA since launch, but I might pick up an SP just so I can SEE the games on the damn thing. I look forward to getting Golden Sun finally.

I've already got most of the games you mentioned and a whole lot more. I'm ditching my GBA now on eBay and I'm gonna pre order a japanese SP unit as soon as it sells. I've been playing my GBA mainly on my TV so I never had a problem with the screen since the only time I use it is at work with perfect lighting.

How do you play GBA on your TV?

I haven't had a Gameboy since the original back when it was black and that greenish grey. LOL. I'm definitely picking up SP because it looks damned cool and has alot of functionality to it!

Golden Sun, Advance Wars, Mario's, Sonics, PS Collection, and much more I want to play!

I'm even considering ditching a few consoles and their respective games to finance my GBA-SP purchases. There's really no need for me to keep my front-loading NES, which has to be caressed, spoken softly to, treated to dinner and a movie, and given two hours worth of foreplay in order to get a game started, when I could merely buy the GBA equivalent along with that fancy-nancy GBA player for the Gamecube and never, ever have to blow a cartridge again.

I'd miss Guardian Legend and Zanac dearly, though. But then again, life is short. I've played them, and now it just may be time to move on.

I know you're not going to pass on the two best games on the GBA: The two Castlevanias...

I'll be getting the JPN and US GBA SP. I sold 2 GBA SPs on eBay already.. #1 & #2
