depends....you wont know if its an a or b until you get it by the numbers on the die....tho i believe newegg has listed on their site what revision the chip is. gradually all chips will be a "b" but they have to sell out the remaining "a's" first.
2700? wow....you should be able to get that thing smoking tho ive heard of people pushing the 1600's (1.4ghz) past the 2.2ghz mark with a good chip.
