Not only are banees able to rest here, so are ousted former Presidents. I welcome you to the this land of misfit oldschoolers and politicians.
I lay no welcome down for you TonK. This is nothing personal of course, as I do not know you nor have I heard of your deeds at the place from whence you were banned (nor do I care) - it is more for the fact that threads such as these have started to greatly annoy me. In my opinion, they are just as bad 'attention-threads' as the commonly loathed 'I am leaving' threads.
I believe that the best way for a newcomer to introduce himself to a closely knit community such as this is to, (without greeting or grand display, such as this thread), simply begin posting in various threads of his/her interest in a manner relevant to the discussion. Welcome should not be given freely, it should be earned. If your posts are of quality and provide insight, the other forum members will slowly but surely take notice of you, and will be keen to stay aware of your future postings. Through this they will get to know you. Conversely, foolishness and beastly behavior will bring you scorn and hate threads in Fight Club, and your reputation will be tarnished at TNL forever.
Never have I made a thread such as this, nor one of the aforementioned 'I am leaving' threads. I know that if I wish to leave this place someday, I will take my leave without utterance. My advice to you TonK is to delete this thread as soon as possible, before the majority of the hosts of TNL lay their eyes upon it. I am not a moderator nor an administrator, and this post should not be seen as a threat - but only as some simple adivce. Take it or leave it.
