Anybody else catch this Sunday? Tonight is another episode. I think it's on NBC. This is great stuff! Very well produced, very hard hitting!

I have heard some good things about the show , though I have yet to watch it.
I'll try to check an episode out tho.
I saw the preview during SuperBowl, and it looked interesting. I will try to catch it.
Hmm, So its going to be on tonight? I hope its not in 8pm-9pm time slot, since its my 24 viewing time.
I think it's at 9pm central time.

I watched most of the first episode and stopped. I did not like it all that much. It has high production and such but I did not like the characters and the story line felt to ripped off. Its from one of the producers of the Saprannos and seems to be to similar. Mexican mob type familiy rather then a Italian one. Nothing comes close to "The Shield" in terms of Drama on TV right now.
Show wasn't good at all. It jumped from random scene to random scene with little direction. Didn't much hold my attention either.
I can only see huge fans of this kind of stuff liking this.
There's a show that's called Kingpin? Cool. I thought this topic was about the Kingpin movie. The cinema classic starring Woody Harrelson and Randy Quaid. It's such a classic that you can buy the DVD for about $6 from Wal-Mart. Seriously though, the concept for this show seems quite interesting from what I've read of it at www.tvtome.com. I'll definitely check out an episode down the road.
well i was suprised to see it on after watching 24 (this weeks episode was kinda boring IMO), and i enjoyed it somewhat.
When the tank blew up the meth-lab... that was pretty cool
but seeing Poppie from Seinfeld as a General was kinda wierd
Except The Sopranos.Quote:

Kingpin is a cheesy knock-off, a watered-down-for-NBC piece of trash. Lets hope it has a short life.
I agree that this week 24 episode was just ok. But hopefully things will pick up next week. Bit with mountain lion was pretty stupid :pQuote:
