I'm sure everyone here has had at least one NDE (near death experience) due to the inept driving skills of some hunched blue hair, so lets hear about it.
I'll share some of my stories later.

I fucking swear, people over the age of, say, 65, should have to take a driving test every 6 months for the rest of their lives if they want to continue to operate an automobile. I don't really have any horror stories (except for an old guy that hit my bike when I was around 12 or so- but I wasn't hurt at all), but I've endured countless hours stuck behind some half-dead cripple puttering along at 20 MPH below the posted speed limit. Damn, I'd love to run their worthless asses off the road...
Word up...

I had these friends who driving too slow for some old lady that was behind them apearently, so she cut them off and flipped 'em off.
I'm pretty sure we have a law like that In Australia.Quote:

Its such a cunt getting your licence here (more specifically, NSW). You have to take a knowledge and eye test to get your learners licence (commonly referred to as "L's"). When you are on your L's, you can only drive with a fully licenced driver in the passenger seat, and you can't go over something like 80km/h.
After 6 months, if you have clocked up 150 hours in all sorts of weather conditions, you go for your red P's (P for Provisional I think). A driving test is taken, as well as another knowledge and eye test.
Once you have your red P's, you can drive by yourself, but still have a ceiling for your speed limit, and you can't have a blood alcohol level of more than 0.02, which is such a small percentage that some prescription medication can exceed it.
After a year, you can go for your Green P's, which is basically your P's but with a higher ceiling for your speed. I think you do the same tests as the red P's (different locations and questions though, of course).
After a year of Green P's, you can go for a regular licence (a black licence). theres no ceiling to your speed limit, and you can have a maximum blood alcohol level of 0.05, which is roughly 2 drinks.
You have points on your licence which you lose as you make traffic offenses. at L's its 3, at red P's is 6, at green P's its 9, and at black licence its 12.
Also, You have to renew your licence every couple of years, which requires a knowledge test.
I know that most of this crap is for our own safety, but jesus. Its not so much inexperience that causes crashes as it is fuckwits.
OMG I love that.Quote:
