Back to the topic - Just read about it on Yahoo news. Damn, I hope it wont affect gas prices in WI, they are already high enough.

Here, gas prices all around town are over $2.10/gallon. soon to hit the $3.00/gallon mark.

Gas prices down here are averaging $1.45/g. That's what I was paying in Ma whe it was only $1.10/g down here, Id hate to be living up there now.

Also the govt. is investigating accusations of price gauging so they may go down slightly.

Omnigear, Will, and myself live on Staten Island.. I'm sure they felt the earth shake, assuming they were awake. People right by Omnigear had their windows broken from it.
Now we have to go through fucking high terror alert. A bunch of bullshit. I was in Latin when it happened, and first thing I said, while someone was translating something, was "I hope you stocked up on duct tape, Mrs Santoro" and everyone got all mad; pessimistic fucks. :D

HAHAHA, I was at work (Coca-Cola) and was able to see the HUGE smoke. I work in Queens and it happened in SI, thats pretty far. Anyways, I was listening to the radio at work and people were asked if they thought it was a terrorist attack, one person replied and said, who would want to bomb SI? That person was kinda right, theres like nothing down there :confused:
