If, by "typical naysayer," you mean "someone who, through independent thought and reasoning, has come to the conclusion that organized religion is a farce, and expresses that opinion," then I'm certainly that. However, I generally try to recognize that religion is a sensitive topic and that the "brusque and dismissive" attitude I may exhibit during a discussion of Streets of Rage may not be appropriate for a sensitive discussion. Like anyone else, I may have had the occasional bad day, but based on the threads you yourself have presented, I've certainly been more respectful than not, and you may be extrapolating a bad day or two, my attitudes toward other topics, or the attitudes of others as my general demeanor towards discussions of religion.
As far me not hurrying things...well, sorry, but when you throw around accusations about me improperly using my authority, I'm going to get aggressive and in your face.

As for the Iraqi problem..... I'm pro war. 1 million people supposedly have been killed by saddam, and 4 million have been sent into exile. Back when there were no UN sanctions on saddams government, there was hardly any economic development, despite the fact that Iraq has some of the largest oil reserves in the world.
My only worry is that the US government will simply replace saddam with a member of the same(bathist) party. Wasn't there some reports of the opposition governments inabliity to agree about matters regarding oil?
Doing such a thing would add to sggg's list, and create a new group of terrorists( as the opposition is made of many groups, a many of them supposedly fundamentalist) that the western world will have to fight.[/drunk post]
