Urm it underlines what I said before, a government that collectively punishes the innocent people, has no regard for innocent people caught in the crossfire(even going as far as denying medical help to innocent people) and not willing to guarantee the safety of the people they hold under siege etcetera.

Three Palestinians were killed in the Gaza Strip yesterday and about 10 were wounded by Israel Defense Forces fire during a military operation in Khan Yunis.
The IDF also destroyed a number of huts belonging to Palestinians in the south and destroyed part of the nearby Nasser Hospital's outer wall and main power generator.
Seventy-two Palestinians were killed last month in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, including three children under the age of 10 and four people over 50 years old. Most of them were killed during IDF operations in the Gaza Strip. Haaretz found that 25 were civilians who did not belong to militant Palestinian groups.
Eight Palestinians were killed in IDF assassinations.
On February 17, the IDF assassinated Riad Abu Bachr, a senior Hamas activist, near Jabalya. On February 19, 15 Palestinians were killed, 11 in an IDF operation in Gaza and four near Tul Karm and in Nablus. On February 23, 10 Palestinians were killed, six during an IDF raid on Beit Hanun in the Gaza Strip.

The Israel Lands Administration yesterday demolished 16 illegal houses in Kafr Qasem as part of the government's crackdown on illegal building in Arab communities.
Kafr Qasem local council head Sami Isa complained of an acute housing shortage due to a government refusal to approve any new building plans. "People are suffocating here, what can you expect them to do? They have no alternative but to build illegally," he said.

A 75-year-old Bedouin as killed Tuesday by IDF gunfire near the settlement of Netzarim in the Gaza Strip, Palestinians said.
They said that Abdullah Al-Ashab, who lived about 500 meters from the settlement, was returning home when he was shot.
The IDF had no immediate comment.
Also Tuesday, a Palestinian was shot dead in Tul Karm by troops who opened fire on protestors throwing rocks and IDF tanks, witnesses and hospital officials said. The army said, however, that soldiers shot at and hit a man with a gun.
Earlier in the day, Palestinian sources reported that a 16-year-old was killed and six others were wounded during gunfights between IDF troops and armed militants in Jenin.
The clashes came when an IDF special forces unit descended on Assil, a popular Internet hangout in the town, and arrested seven suspected Palestinian militants.
The IDF said a Border Police officer and a soldier were lightly wounded in the operation.
Palestinian witnesses said the dead teenager, Hissam Mahmoud Amr, was not a militant and neither were four of the six Palestinians wounded during the clash. An Islamic Jihad militant, the cafe owner and a policeman were among those arrested, they said. The IDF said that Amr threw a firebomb at IDF troops.
Witnesses said troops in jeeps, tanks and other armored vehicles followed the undercover unit into the district and imposed a curfew.
Hunt on for drivers of Israeli car behind shooting of West Bank teen
Police are looking into reports that a Palestinian teenager was seriously wounded in the West Bank on Tuesday morning from shots fired from an Israeli civilian vehicle.
Palestinian medics said 14-year-old Bassam al-Khatib was shot in the stomach by settlers firing at stone-throwers in the Palestinian village of Asawya near the West Bank city of Nablus. He was taken for treatment to a Nablus hospital.
Police have set up roadblocks in the area in an effort to locate the vehicle, which was previously hit by rocks in the vicinity of the village of Luben a-Sharkiya.
Village officials said the incident followed attacks Monday night on several Palestinian homes in the area by settlers from the nearby settlement of Eli.

In Arad, a 25-year-old Palestinian man from the nearby town of Yatta stabbed and wounded a 19-year-old Arad woman Tuesday, in what police are describing as a nationalistically-motivated attack.
The woman was evacuated to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva, where doctors treated her for light-to-moderate wounds.
Hamas militant charged with planning suicide bombing that killed 11
Hamas militant Ibrahim Jundiya has been charged in a military court of being involved in planning the suicide bombing on bus line 20 in Jerusalem's Kiryat Menachem district, in which 11 people died and 48 were injured.
Jundiya and another Hamas member recruited two terrorists who intended to carry out a double suicide bombing in Jerusalem, but only one carried out the planned attack as the explosive belt of the second was not prepared in time.
45 Palestinians arrested in 24 hours
Security forces have arrested 45 Palestinians in the course of the past 24 hours. The 45, some of whom are wanted, were arrested in the Nablus, Ramallah, Jenin, and in the village of Tabuah, west of Hebron.
IDF troops operating in the West Bank city of Nablus arrested five wanted Palestinians in the city's casbah overnight Tuesday. Two of the wanted men are members of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine who had been planning a suicide bombing. A Hamas militant and a Tanzim activist suspected of involvement in shooting attacks were also arrested.
This was the second consecutive night during which IDF troops operated in Nablus.
A senior IDF source said Tuesday that the number of warnings of planned terrorist attacks from Nablus received by the security services has reached zero as a result of army operations, Army Radio reported. He added that the IDF is still tracking wanted militants that remain in the town.
