I voted shooter.... I just want to make it clear that I am specifically voting "shmup". "Shooter" is way too unclear and could mean any number of genres including shmups, light gun games, run n' guns, FPS, games about Happy Gillmore's main rival...
Racing, then RPG (due to strategy RPGs)
RPGs are fun. I also like fighters quite a bit...
Lately I've really been into 3D platformers, a genre I never, ever used to like.
