You're just ranting now. If it was on GC you'd be all over it. Yes, the game has plenty of bugs but they don't impede enjoyment.

Wow. If you don't want to cheat, the don't. There are plenty of hardcore ways to beat all the missions. The rest of your criticisms are totally vague and just come off as whining.

I'd say the memory card erasing impedes enjoyment a tad, but since 99% of the folks out there know how to avoid it, it's no biggie.

Hurm...this makes me wonder if all the people who complain about the "glitchiness" and say that VC doesn't "feel right" have simply neglected to turn off the TRAILS option. This makes a HUGE difference in the way the game looks and feels.

Why this was the default setting (and included anyway) still baffles me.

For me, the feel it just atmosphere, not visuals. I prefer the feel of Liberty City, and the surroundings, to Vice City.

I'm of opposite viewpoint there, MVS, I like the sunny setting of Vice City to Liberty City. I dug the violence being more of a contrast to the surroundings than having it seem like it was the norm, as was the case in Liberty City.

being that i was a huge fan of GTA 1, 2, and London you are just talking out your ass there burg now stop with the flaimbait and move on

Seeing as how I never played(or therefore, owned)GTAIII, Vice City was my first experience with the GTA craze. At first I was put off by the game, but I delved deeper and found it to be enjoyable. The running was retarded, but the game is pretty good. The story is okay; Tommy has NO depth(from what I've played so far). He's just some thug out for money/revenge. I would've preferred a character like Turkish from Snatch to be in VC, but alas. Maybe I'll check out The Getaway for all my storyline/crime spreein' gaming thrills.

I actually never played Vice City, though I thought that GTA3 was quite keen. I plan on playing VC when it comes out, though, as I like the sound of many improvements they made to the game.
