Ewwwww....
Ewwwww....
yes. that is disgusting.
I took Shoin-ryu as a young kid...At my first tournament I got first place. Then I went to the Junior Olympics later on. Some Chinese kid whooped my ass, bad.
For some reason that gave me an uncontrollable fit of giggles. Erhm. Yea.Quote:
Here's a Pro Tip: Have DJ bite kids till they bleed, and make sure he yells things like, "Your blood and flesh bring me closer to god! Your body is my meal!"
:chick: :chick: :chick:
Damn you Clash for trying to put this thoughts in my head !!!
If you want him to be an all powerfull master of combat these type of measures must be taken. This will put fear into all other challangers, and will in turn reveal a true opponent who will risk being eaten by another human to see if he can win. I also suggest having DJ kill some much loved animals to desenseatize him to murder.
Welcome to martial arts. :)Quote:

Its not a movie refferance, I can think up my own stuff.
I'm going to my third Tae Kwon Do class tommorow night. It's strange, being in the White Belt class (where 3/4ths of the students are under ten years old), but I'm enjoying it.
Well, Yesterday DJ went to another tournament. Unfortunately neither I nor my wife could go with him, so he ended up going with his master. But the results were good:
1st place in Sparring Match
3rd place in Form Competition.
He has been working on his sparring techniques since last tourney, and this time around his performance was much better. He had to fight 2 fighters - Orange Belt from Karate school he fought last time and lost to, and green Belt who was put into lower belt category since she was the only one in her age/belt category.
In Form Competition he got 3rd place, since other 2 kids had much more complicated forms that have more moves. DJ delivery of his form(which is Green Belt form by the way) was excellent, but doing harder forms does score you more points from the judges. Unfortunately that will be DJ only form for a while, till he gets his Green belt, hopefully in the next few month.
There is another upcoming tournament(April 6), and I will be definately going to this one, especially since its in Milwaukee, unlike other 2 which were in Watertown and Kimberly(about 2 hour drive from where we live).
