anyway nintendo has posted US release dates for some of the Capcom 5 games

P.N. 03 August 2003

Dead Phoenix Q4 2003
VIEWTIFUL JOE Q4 2003
Killer 7 Q2 2004



Im majorly stoked that Viewtiful Joe is getting a US release thats fucking sweet

i thought i would have to import the game but this is damn damn nice

Sucks it's gonna take that long for Killer 7. That game looks sweet, so maybe Capcom'll take their time and make it play as good as it looks.
Looking forward to GunValkarie lite (PN 03) too. I don't have an XBox so if the early similarities pan out, I'll be loving my Cube some more.

Dead Pheonix, I couldn't care less for.

But I am looking forward to the rest, especially Viewtiful Joe and Killer 7.

Viewtiful Joe and P.N. 03 are my big ones

cant wait for those and since it seems both of those will be out by the end of the year

this is looking to be one hell of a good year again

I agree, Capcom just dosen't make fantasy games as good as their other genres. BoF series, Warzard, and D&D were all solid, just not spectacular.

Good news. Too bad all of them coming out soo late this year.

I probably end up importing PN03, since waiting for August is a long wait :)

Could that be a game starring the one and only Monkey D. Luffy? It's a manga that currently running in Shonen Jump. It's an interesting little story. Check it out!

these groups of games are always refered to as the Capcom 5

well 4 of that group of games (the Capcom 5) have gotten release dates

while 1 of them (RE4) still hasnt gotten a release date yet

makes perfect sense to me

Actually Lhadatt, as John has generously pointed out...his grammar is on par. I just took some time to browse through IGN Insider and didn't realize that was the actual campaign label. My bad John.

Damn. I was expecting them out this year. Oh well, 3 out of 4 isn't bad. (Couldn't care less about RE 4 or 5 or whatever)

I'm pumped for all 5. It seems to me that Capcom put their best directors on these projects. Mikami is on PN03, and the guy who directed DMC is directing Viewtiful Joe. I believe the guy who directed Tekki is directing Dead Phoenix.

Overall, that release list looks like crap for the time being. Typical of Nintendo. guess we gotta wait for e3.

I was looking forward to PN03, but after reading ign's latest hands on, the resident evil sounding controls are turning me away. I hope its something I might be able to get over, but I doubt it.

how about the Naruto game that's alos out on the GameCube. or coming out. i would love to get both of these.

I wonder if there will be another anti-Capcom backlash from PS2 supporters when these games get closer to release. Or RE4 anyway.

I'll get Viewtiful Joe as a Christmas gift to myself =B
