Actually, I thought Liquid's arm taking control of Ocelot is no less absurd, really, than a huge-ass flock of ravens consuming Vulcan Raven or Sniper Wolf actually acknowledging and reciprocating Otacon's love in the first game :rolleyes: It actually kind of fit in with the theme of the Solid series :)Quote:

Eh, the ravens were more symbolic then anything else, I didn't have a problem with that because of such. As for Sniper Wolf, they didn't really expand on her love other then her allowing Otacon to take care of her wolves. Otacon (God what a stupid name) was far more in love then anything Wolf seemed to acknowledge.
Or how about our bisexual friend Vamp and his weren't-not-going-to-even-try-and-explain vampire powers. Random.

On topic now. Don't you think it's a little early in the year for them to announce this. I don't think this game is coming out any time soon next year either, and if it is a x-mas 2004 title they mine as well hold it back till Xbox 2 comes out.
And this delay is supposed to surprise us? I thought it was assumed to be expected, as with all over hyped software.

Meh. No bother, I don't even have HALO.
I suppose what they could have done was pull off a rockstar, and just release an expansion pack sequel of the game. Halo 1 seemed unfinished if you ask me. There were so many things they could have added. Then it would make the wait for the seqel much easier. Or they could do a Konami and just rerelease a special edition with more stuff than in the original. Like a directors cut. :D It would include ten new levels, a few new weapons, multiplayer modes, more vehicles etc basically a champion edition.
Nothing but good can come of this.
Halo 2 was gonna be my reason to buy a XBOX this year... looks like that's not gonna happen now...
