The term crippling is used in the tense that they took something away from them that they had beforehand.

I never said you said they were low risk, you said Bioware was a lower risk, which isn't the case since Rares games have such a good track record of selling well.

Rare was dumb, I thought this Bioware business was old news :/

We'll see how thier calibur of titles does on the platform. N64 was frinedly for them - I doubt Xbox will be and I do not think the majority of thier past software sales could be attributed to the quality of said games.

I think it was a waste of money. Money that would be better spent on something like Vivendi.

Rare's N64 games totally screwed with my opinion of them. Before then, I loved their games. After playing them, I seriously doubt that Rare can really change with the times.

After all this reading, I'm gonna need a nap.
