I'm So Green by Can.
Take Me Home Country Roads by John Denver.
Cheesy? Yes. But after breaking down on California, losing my car and weathering the bus ride from hell all the way back to Minnesota; it sorta makes the song mean something to you.
Funny you bring that up, I've been currently trying to complete a collection of Happy 2B Hardcore.
My theme song? Not 100%, but most likely I Will Survive. Take your pick from either Diana Ross or Cake, both versions kick ass.
Paradigm Shift - Liquid Tension Experiment
SotN: Requiem of the Gods
In that one thread Yawa made, he said my song was "Generator" by...uh...someone.
Oh, and I think Riisuke's theme song is "Long Way to Paradise" by Derek Johnson and Hero's is "Picture of My Life" by Jamiroquai.
Argyle by The Bouncing Souls... I quote "No one will ever be like me."
1.) SOTN: the Tragic Prince
2.) Batman: The Animated Series ( Joker Theme ) - when I'm in a joking mood.
Yeah, my friends and I used to talk about "what if your life had a constant soundtrack that played no matter where you went".
"Advertising on Police Cars" by the Matthew Good Band would be my theme.
this is tough one, it depends what i'm feeling like, my life cant be summed up it 1 song right now, maybe later though.....
"Alarm Call", Bjork.
Black Flag "What I See"
Kind of depressing, yeah, but is always playing in the back of my head.

Bad religion.
Yah I gotta dig up that thread it was good times.
I am most definately Daniel by elton john just by name association.
Truly though, I want you by elvis costello sums up my sometimes psychotic rants.
Best song ever btw.
The Imperial March.
I once contemplated rigging up the doors in my house with a sensor so that each time they opened The Imperial March would play when I walked into a room.
Thinking deeper, I've come the conclusion that I could also live with that Ferris Beuller music following me around wherever I go. I'd be like Duff Man.
Good question....not sure what mine would be. I'll get back to ya.
'Why can't we be friends?'
Rolling Stones "Sympathy for the Devil"
Every Night: Screeching Weasel.
Whether you like the pop-punk or not, you should listen to it. Almost everyone can find something in it that they can relate to.
"Ungolianth" by Summoning or "Soulforged" by Blind Guardian

"Clubbed to death" by Rob D
"Dead Ladder" by Intermix
And that's when I'm in a good mood.

Radiohead - How To Dissapear Completely
After listening to Matt Good's Avalanche today, I'm going to have to change my vote to "Pledge of Allegiance."
Cowboys, by Portishead.
edit: one song taken out because 88mph is whining about it.
Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Bass - Spanish Flea. It's been used numerous times in the simpsons, and it accurately shows what my life is like in musical form.

Sit and watch. They'll start talking about indecision as if picking one was a "disservice to the song/game/sexual preference/etc."
Bah... the rules state just one. Once one person picks more than one, everyone does, which makes the thread boring, and no fun.
Just pick one song people...
Wild Arms - Quarter Knights Theme
Bah. I can't see any more fun in picking one than several.
The only people that really care about such rules are children and pussies, anyway. :P
Right now: Polyamourous by Breaking Benjamin
This can and will change. Often.
It has now changed to Soil: "Black 7"
This song is perfect entrance music. Check it out.

But making a big deal out of it reminds me of old playground games where if one person broke the arbitrary "rules," one of the kids starts going "NO FAIR NO FAIR YOU BROKE THE RULES YOU SUCK I'M TELLING!" I'd expect that if I was dealing with a bunch of five-year-old schoolchildren but coming from someone my age it's a little disturbing.
But if it bothers you THAT much, then disregard my last three choices and just put this one down:
DARK AVENGER - Golden Eagles.
Happy now?
"Kyoto Now" by Bad Religion. I just like the song, it really has nothing to do with me.
You must feel villified. Congrats!Quote:

the other 5% of the time when im royally pissed of its Battery by Metallica
Fine then... if I have to choose one I'll choose "All I know" by Rahzel.
It's kinda difficult to narrow it down to three, let alone one.
... there is so much out there that has "struttin' potential."
Right now...
Jim's Big Ego - Stress
I'd have to go with The Raiders March.
"Take Five" By the Dave Brubeck Quartet.

My revenge by DS-13
For the sake of argument: Considering age, isn't being called out on not doing what people asked less "disturbing" then you being unable follow directions? After all, weren't you taught about that before you reached the aforementioned five-year-old age range?Quote:

Exactly... though I don't think 'Sphere is all that much older than that...
My theme song would be the theme song from the classic, Adam West's Batman!!!
NANANANANANANANANANANANANANANANA, BATMAN!!!
Time by Pink Floyd
My first question would be, ever heard of the concept of autonomy? Since when did "being unable" and "being unwilling" become synonymous? I had the option of following the directions or not, and I chose not to, because apart from maybe pissing off self-righteous pricks I couldn't see any detrimental effects to me, other people, or this thread, and I was prepared for what might happen if I broke the "rules." If I spoiled anyone's fun, oh well. Nobody forced them to read my post.Quote:

My second question would be, since when does simply not following directions mean that you are unable to/weren't taught to follow them? Most people are taught not to lie from an early age, so when they *do* lie, is that an indication of incapability to be honest or refrain from lying?
My third question would be, why are people looking so far into what I said? I just chose to be a total dick about the whole thing when I got called out for not obeying the rules. I said things that were intentionally condescending and inciteful, and quite frankly it's not like either of the people who attacked me are unfamiliar with that, so I don't feel the least bit sorry. Perhaps not the most mature thing in the world for me to do, but I'm entitled to have fun every once in awhile. :P
All invective aside, I think that 88mph and YellerDog made a big deal out of something small. If it was a game or something we were playing here, then I wouldn't have tried to spoil the game. But I was asked a question, and got blasted for my answer just because it didn't fit within the restrictions. Oh well. This is just a message board, and it's not like the board or the opinions of anyone on it is going to make me lose sleep. :P
Uptight? Yes. :confused:Quote:

If you were so prepared, then all that we've typed up should already be accepted by you as going to happen, so what is this continuance for?Quote:

Sure is. It's not a guarantee of such and does not mean they can't always refrain, but it certainly can indicate such.Quote:

You got a couple of very tiny posts that pointed out a single sentence, to which you responded in repeated, far longer posts and were an ass about things. You even went ahead and purposefully made multiple choices while knowing this would happen (or so you said) and yet still went back to change your post when someone did so. Who's looking too far into which posts here?Quote:

If not sorry, why the need to have such a huge post trying to back yourself up?Quote:

88mph didn't even type anything in the initial post he made pointing out the remark about choosing one, and you felt the need to make a post in which you likened it all to a schoolyard and you are so mature and went on about how you didn't care (while then writing up a single song after editing your previous). Which, oddly enough, showed you really do care and was not mature enough to let something that didn't matter go. How sweet.Quote:
All invective aside, I think that 88mph and YellerDog made a big deal out of something small.
Before you say that I care, I'm just here for the argument. I honestly don't care one way or the other as I know people would end up listing multiple songs anyway. Happens all the time in the "List what upcoming games you want and explain why" threads in which almost no one ever explains why. It's there in the title, but people just prefer to make lists.
OMFG EVERY1 STFU
I see my bitch warning did not work.
Shame. I shall have to return it for a new one.
Armaggeddon by Wayne Shorter

Take Five is a very good song. Off to Kazaa, I go.
This was a good thread, shame people bitching always ruins things.
Well, I have a new song, cause people do change, so why the fuck cant my theme song change w/ my mood?!
The Queers - "Punk Rock Girls"
"Monday Morning" - Student Rick
Given To Fly.
Ah man, Take Five rocks. So does Blue Train.
My theme song is the hidden track after "Theme Song!" on "The Fury of the Aquabats!" by the Aquabats! I call it, "Playdough!" Lyrics.
Stone's theme song is "Funky Miracle" by the Meters.
Indeed.... I too wish they all were punk rock girls.Quote:

"I'm a Ugly Nigga (so what)"
Biz Markie
this is pretty hard - normally i'd think of some metal song - but I started thinking about how a song could relate to me and whatnot and most of the choices i came up with were not metal...anyway, my theme:
Mr. Bungle - Goodbye Sober Day
Godspeed You! Black Emperor - "East Hastings."
"Heroes and Villains" The Beach Boys
I am a funky miracle.Quote:

I wouldn't want to have this as my themesong, because whenever I hear it, it always conjures up images of shitty car or credit card commercials, and that's lame.Quote:
"Take Five"
Mingus owns all, might have to change my theme to Moanin' by Charles Mingus or maybe the Bobby Timmons Moanin' (Lee Morgan is the best trumpet player ever)Quote:
