I know I asked this question already, and it was answered, but I can't find that thread.
There are some videos I want to copy from WWE.com, and I'm wondering if there's a program I can use to record their video streams.
Anyone know?

I have an ASF recorder, but I dont recall where i got it from, kind of buggy, but here it is.
What kind of media?
If it's Real Player, save the .RAM file on your computer. Open it in Notepad. Copy the address and paste it as a link in an HTML page created on your computer. Open that page in your browser, then do Save Target As/Save As on the link.
Archived video streams at WWE.com are .asx files, so ASF Recorder works fine for those.
Unfortunately, all their newer video streams are .wvx files and ASF Recorder doesn't recognize that file type.
Anyone know how to save .wvx streams?
I tried the Real Player method on their .wvx files, but it keeps leading me in circles. I think the server can tell if you're not loading it from a page or from a media player.
Hmmm...
Ok, well I guess I'll do some more digging when I get home from work today.
Thanks for the help so far, and if anyone has something to add, please do.
There's a Korean program called "HiNetREcorder" that should do the trick.
It records asx to wmv. Look around for it.
www.divx-digest.com has it, I believe.
I use a program called StreamBox VCR. It works decently for most file types (MOVs, ASFs, WMVs, RAMs) except for that pesky WVX format.
All that AND ram? Where is this happy program?
