I think I've fallen for A groove. I love how it gives you near infinite possibilities to do stuff.
Anyone have any good A groove combos for:
Dan
Kyosuke
Yamazaki
Sakura
Ryo
Yuri
I already have some decent combos for Zangief, Eagle and Balrog, but I'd like to branch out off those characters for a bit :)

I can give you my favorite Haoh A grove combo. Standing HP, repeat over and over, qcf(2) HP.
Or, if this is blocked high you can throw out Crouching HK, Crouching HP, Standing HP, Crouching HP ect. ect. followed by qcf(2) HP. This only works in the corner.
Pretty basic, but very effective.

Yamazaki: ( corner ) - ( Activate ), RH Sweep ( they never see that coming ), RK, RK, Mid Serpent Slash, Mid Serpent Slash, repeat Serpent Slashes until meter is low, then QCFx2 + Punch.
Ryo: ( Corner ) - ( Activate ), Zanretsu Ken with Fierce Punch, repeat, Ryuko Ranbu
Ryo: ( Midscreen to Corner ), ( Activate ), Zanretsu Ken w/ Jab, Zanretsu Ken w/ Jab, Jumping Short Kick ( going up ), Jumping Forward Kick ( heading down ), Jumping Short Kick ( up ), Jumping Forward Kick ( down ), *corner at this point*, Fierce Punch, Ryoku Ranbu

Well I could write down a tons of useful shit but id be wasting my time. www.namonaki.com has every practical A groove combo on their site so go there and start practicing!
I found me a nice little A groove combo with Ryo today:
Activate in air (or right before you jump) come in with a j.MK -> HCB+HP -> F,B,F+HP x2 -> QCF, HCB+HP
It deals around 40-50% damage if both characters are ratio 2 :)
I hate the F,B,F+HP move... makes me feel like I'm playing Mortal Kombat or something.

Bleh. The days of doing a trip into a CC are long gone. In A2 the CC just blew threw whatever was going on and there was nothing they could do about it. Now theres still time to turtle up. Anyways...

Psh fine ill post some combos for you guys :P. Chunli c.fp x4, forward+s.rh xn(till you reach 9 hits), fp fireball (if they are crouching to make them stand up), forward medium kick xn, kick super Jump in the air after launch roundhouse.
Just so you know XX equals cancelling.
Sakura: activate s.fp x2, s.rh x2, fp shoryuken xn, I will not give you two options, you can end with qcfx2 k super or do rh hurricane kick into standing jab, standing medium punch, fp shoryuken. Second option does around same damage, builds meter and adds dizzy. You can also do her shoryuken custom on blocking p and k groove teams safely which it will chip their life like a mofo. You could also substitute Medium punch shoryukens after the first fierce punch shoryuken to do more damage. ALSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lol, you can combo into a groove with sakura standing jab.
Iori: {lp dragon punch xx c.fp, roll, lp dragon punch xx s.fk} repeat brackets till corner. In corner do dragon punch XX s.fk till you reach 9 hits them do jumping roundhouses for extra hits. End the custom with either c.fp rush super, or a harder but more rewarding ending of c.fp XX lightning bolt super, wait till last hit then do fp dragon punch(WARNING, TIMING IS VERY IMPORTANT IN THE SECOND ENDING, YOU MUST CANCEL THE C.FP INTO BOLT SUPER INSTANTLY!)
