I don't find things that aren't based in reality to be appealing. So while it may be a 'bonus' to look at, I like good games, and in the end if it's a shitty game then I don't want anything of it.

Umm, as for the breasticles that every one is talking about. I like em', but there are so many more attractive features on a woman's body. As goofy as it may sound, I find I'll enjoy a game more if a character has a really cool costume (guy or girl)as opposed to an uninspired style.
