Not the first time I did tonight but it's like being alive somehow, if you get into a fight and now your limits you can choose from there on what kind of action you want to take, either fight or run, whith the police you mostly just have one option, run as fast as you can.
I won't bother bringing up my sorry ass run in with the law, just vote.
edit: And by this I mean just being chased by a police car or officer, nothing to serious.
I ran from the cops when me and some friend were skating at a school... actually that happned alot of times...

I ran from the cops a few times at High School partys that got broken up. Only once was I close to being caught but I knew the lay of the land well enough to "dissapear" for a few miniutes and he passed me by.

and not really..been followed quite a bit, and been given many suspicious looks before but never had 'run' from the cops. Maybe next weekend though, i'll give it a try. :D
One time.
I almost did vote yes... but this particular cop was acting rather unlawful and was in fact off duty. So I made that a "no".
A friend was shooting off a bottle rocket quite a few years ago as I watched. Some copiously inebriated Mr. Foulmouth came traipsing along from the woods nearby and spat forth "What the fuck are you two yahoos doing shooting off fucking fireworks? Are you trying to catch my fucking house on fire?"
This scared the hell out of me and suddenly... ZAM! I instinctively darted behind my friend's car and hid. My friend could smell enough alcohol in that guy's breath. So, how drunk was he? Well, it was damn near the point that you could start one big fire just by holding a match to his mouth. Mr. Alkie yelled "Where the fuck did your friend go?".
The git continued hollering & screaming in an obscenity & threat laden tirade ending with "Now get the fuck back in the house and stay in there or I'll kill you both!". Scared, we did just that. He waited out in the street until he could no longer see a sign of us.
We called the cops on him, and eventually they came out. Mr. Foulmouth returned and started in again, this time making more threats directed at us. These cops knew him quite well. One of them answered him "You know, you're really digging yourself a hole here. It would be best for you to shut up.". Right then we learned it- he was a cop.
Eventually, he was off the force. I wonder why... :lol:
Once, from a party that was busted in the late 80's. I wasn't drinking at the time, but I wasn't supposed to be there, so away I went. A big jock had picked the same escape route through someone's back yard and we ran across a barking little dog. The dang thing tried to bite him, so this football player literally punted the poor dog to the end of his chain. I'm not sure the dog was alright because I was to busy scaling the wooden fence on the other side of the yard.
