No doubt.
And then after the brilliance of Triple Triad...we got that horribly broken, randomly determined, very little strategy having, card game mess that was Tetra Master in FFIX...
blech.

ff9's butchered attempt at a card game is a travesty. the best/worst part is how they don't even tell you the rules of the damn game. you have to figure it out yourself.
oh yeah!
tripple triad ownz
Is there an online PC port of just that game?
I remember reading a FAQ on the rules for Tetra Master. Total and complete BS.Quote:

There was an open source version of it around awhile ago with online playability.Quote:

Around the time Playonline was getting announced Square initially said that the "official PlayOnline browser would have a version of Triple Triad built in".
I think Square was trying to shut down the shareware versions...I haven't checked into it in a while so I'd do a search to learn more.
I could never get it to work.Quote:

Triple Triad = Happiness
hmmm, that'd be rad.
its 3 in the morning here. I'm off to bed!
I have the PC triple triad game, it was included the the Final Fantasy VIII Desktop Accessories PC-CD :)
My dream RPG would be an action RPG based off the Suikoden series, possibly a side story featuring Nash in his adventures :)
Another one was my side story kind of prequel to Final Fantasy VII that focused solely on Sephiroth and how he became a legendary soldier :)
I would love to see a RPG with the main character is a werewolf :D I hope they make a game based of the Wolf's Rain anime series, a RPG would be nice :)
Triple Triad? Bah!
That dice-in-the-cup game from Suikoden was the ultimate.
Oh, and a sequel to Panzer Dragoon Saga is the only dream RPG for me.
An action-RPG (or at least an RPG with a real-time, fast-paced battle system) featuring a combo of Dragon Quest characters, Xeno-style plot, and a FF-quality presentation would tickle my fancy.
